People sometimes ask me if I prefer color or black and white photography. The answer depends on when you ask me. Periodically I get in a black and white mood, and everything I see I imagine as a possible black and white image. Other times, like right now, my eye is drawn to color. I guess the above scene especially stood out because of the greys and browns that dominate in the winter time around here. There are even some green trees in the background here! In January, I'll take some color wherever and however I can get it.
